Refund policy

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or digital downloads.

Exchanges / Replacement

In case of a product reaching you with a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product and send a new piece to you at the earliest. At the moment we do not offer exchanges for other products in case you change your mind; hence we request you to please choose carefully.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We will initiate the refund once we receive the item and it has been inspected and found to be unopened. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We would be refunding the amount after deducting the cost of shipping and return shipping, hence we would request you to please order after due consideration.
