We at Jumbaya have been shipping across India and internationally since April 2023. We offer free shipping in India for all orders.
Orders usually gets shipped within 1-4 working days. In India, delivery time is typically 2-9 working days.You will receive a tracking link at your registered email id as soon as your order is shipped.
Please allow 24hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.In rare cases and for remote locations, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid.
To facilitate the delivery, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you while placing the order.

Jumbaya is not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company or on account of any factors beyond our control. We will try our best to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation. In the rare case that we cannot deliver to your location due to reasons outside our control, for example, lockdowns due to Covid, we will inform you about our inability to deliver and will cancel your order and process a refund.
